Remote Support
We offer on-site service, within our service area to residential and commercial customers. Time begins when we arrive at your location. $95.00 per hour, minimum one hour, then billed in 15 minute increments at $23.75 each.
We offer free pickup and delivery in our service area for customers within 10 miles of our location in Laguna Hills. If you are outside this area, we can still pickup and deliver for a nominal fee of $10.00. Or in-house rate is $65.00 per hour, one hour minimum, then billed in 15 minute increments at $16.25 each.
If your problem is not hardware related and can be solved remotely, we can still service all customers, even those outside our service area. This allows you to have your problem solved at a very reasonable rate as well as quickly. Our remote rate is $45.00 per hour, one hour minimum, then billed in 15 minute increments at $11.25 each. Remote support requires a working internet connection. A credit card is required and is charged before session begins.
